Amber is a fossil that has been admirand used for its beauty in jewellery since ancient times. Amber is not a stone, but actually fossilised conifer tree resin millions of years old. Amber is a product of millions of years of heat and pressure. Amber is purely organic, despite its brilliance and translucence.

Amber is a resin which contains aromatic propelled terpenes. When worn on your pet their body heat and friction from their fur will cause the Amber to release the resinous smell from the Amber. These resinous aromatic serpent's being released is what repels fleas and ticks. Amber also has electrostatic properties.. when rubbing on the animals fur, it creates an electrostatic reaction where it doesn't allow fleas or ticks to grab on.
